Five rounds for time of:

  • 200 meter Farmer Carry (50-lb dumbbells)
  • 10 Box Step Overs (50-lb dumbbells)
  • 10 Toes to Bar

What do you get when you pair a leisurely jaunt while carrying weights with stepping over things while carrying weight, and holding your weight up while doing some abs?

We call it the Grip of Death.

This is going to really work your grip – another important skill for an athlete to have.
