As many rounds/reps as possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes of:

  • 30 Air Squat
  • 20 Wall Ball Shots
  • 10 Kipping Pull Up

Going down? The Elevator to Hell is the evil brainchild of our CEO, Ben Garves.

Feel that burn in your legs after the air squat, just to add some weight and repeat a similar motion on the wall ball shots.

You should embrace the pull-ups as an opportunity to let your legs rest before cranking out another round.
