WeRFit Workout: Developing Chest Pain

Every minute, on the minute (EMOM) of:

  • 5 Push-ups
  • 5 Burpees

Run this for 15 minutes, trying to catch your breath and get your heart rate down between sets. Chest getting tried? Switch over to knee push ups, or scale further to push ups against a wall or railing. Feel the burn!
