21, 15, 9 reps for time:

  • Push-up
  • 800 meter farmer carry (50-lb dumbbells)

Struggling with the push-ups? Don’t hesitate to switch to your knees. If you still need a little help, lean on a railing or even a wall to crank these out. Be flexible with the weight on the dumbbells, but make sure you push yourself.
