We are focusing on aerobic capacity through the end of the year. This will help you best prepare for the 2019 CrossFit Open.
10 Rounds of:
Hill sprint with 5 minute rest
- Your goal here should be to take enough time between reps to allow your heart rate to settle and shoot it through the roof with another round.
- Pick out a significant hill and run enough of it to know you’re going to struggle to maintain speed at the top.
- Walk down to hill and savor the break
- Sprint should be 80-90% of your max speed.
Be sure to warm up in advance to mitigate the risk of injury.
