Yes, when we said “fifty” we meant “fifty”. This is a burner and if you start too fast out of the gate, you’ll really struggle to finish this one.

Find your pace that allows you to do this entire workout in the fastest manner possible, but without dying. You’re doing a lot of bar work, testing your grip, and working your pull-up skills.

Hop off the bar as often as you need, but keep yourself moving as much as possible.

50 Each Of:

  • Chest-to-Bar
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Strict Pull-up
