As many rounds/reps as possible (AMRAP) in 10 minutes of:

  • 400 meter run
  • 10 Burpees

Yes, yesterday was hard. Yes, you never wanted to do another burpee. Yes, I’m making you do more burpees.

Yes, you’ll be okay.
