As many rounds/reps as possible (AMRAP) in 15 minutes of:
- 15 Squat Clean at 135-lbs
- 15 Burpees Over Bar
This is as much an emotional workout as it is a physical one. Really focus on setting a strong, steady pace.
Don’t let your emotions tell you you’re too tired or too winded.
If the weight is too high, don’t hesitate to adjust it down. Remember, it needs to be somewhere manageable, but still heavy.
