Ep.281: Life Is A Marathon

From: Girls Gone WOD Podcast

On this week’s J&C episode we dive into the world of expectations vs ego. Joy’s NYC marathon plans didn’t work out, and we talk about the line between proving you can push through hard circumstances, and knowing when to take a break. We also talk about the importance of focusing on long-term health, coping with holiday stress, and the realities of taking a break from social media.

Was creating this avenue an issue process. It’s part of my business model I haven’t gotten really into yet

Right now we’re just syndicating content from other websites and podcasts, but we’ve done podcasts before and it’s not a wildly complex process. Websites like Podigee make it pretty easy. You can set up with them and they’ll help you syndicate the recording for free.

You can even add yours to iTunes with relative ease. Once it’s all done, the process is pretty automated. Just upload the recording and add the details.

Thank you what area are you from? Are you a road or trail runner

I’m personally more of a trail runner. Just a couple of trail marathons and two 50k races.
